Shipping & Delivery
Standard Delivery Timeframe: Orders will be dispatched within 7-15 working days from the date of purchase, subject to product availability and exceptions.
Urgent Requirements: Customers seeking urgent delivery are advised to confirm feasibility before placing the order.
Customized Products: Please note that the delivery timeframe for customized products may differ for every order.
Delivery Exceptions: Some products may have specific delivery timeframes or restrictions. Customers will be informed of any exceptions during purchase.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be detailed during the checkout process based on product and destination.
Delivery Address Responsibility: Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses. DHINAM is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect addresses.
Delivery Confirmation and Reporting: Customers are encouraged to confirm receipt of their orders and report any discrepancies or damages within a specified timeframe for resolution.
Shipping Carrier: The goods ordered to be delivered within India will be shipped through outsourced services like India post ,Professional couriers or other third parties.
Order Updates: Customers will receive order updates, including tracking information and carrier name wherever applicable. Dhinam does not promise to personally follow up on the order. Customers are liable to track the order with the given information in the carrier's website.
Force Majeure: DHINAM will not be liable for delays or missed packages due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters or disruptions in transportation services.
International Deliveries: International orders will be personally attended by us and the shipping charges will be handled separately like the additional customs duties, taxes, or charges for international deliveries which are the responsibility of the customer. Please write to us for international orders.
Returns & Exchange
Eligibility: Goods are eligible for return or exchange only in cases where there is a conflict between the ordered and delivered product styles. Size issues or style not being suitable cannot be entertained as reasons for return or exchange.
Disclaimer: Please note that the following reasons like size, fit issues, disliking a style are non-eligible for returns or exchanges. Adequate side allowance is provided in the blouse to ease your alteration process. Kindly refer to the size chart before placing your order.
Customized Products: Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned. Ensure careful consideration before ordering.
Procedure: Contact hello@dhinam.com with your order number for further guidance on return/exchange procedures due to style conflicts between ordered and delivered items.Opening video of the package required within 24 hours after the delivery is done to be eligible for the process. Customer has to bear the shipping charges for shipping back the product to us after confirming the eligibility for exchange.Once confirmed the goods should be dispatched back to us within 2 working days.
Refund
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Incase of the exchange product being out of stock, refund will be provided.
Refunds will not be generated due to missed packages by the shipping carrier.
Entire amount is refundable only if the goods meet the return/exchange criteria mentioned above.
Refund will be processed within 7 working days upon receiving the goods in the fore said conditions.
Cancellation
Cancellation Window: Orders eligible for cancellation 24 hours before order placement.
